Hydroelectricity by geophysical
Geophysics or earth physics is one of the main branches of earth sciences that quantitatively studies various physical properties of the earth using seismic, magnetic, gravitational and electrical methods. Geophysics itself is divided into two parts. In pure geophysics, the entire globe or a major part is studied. But in applied geophysics, according to practical and economic goals, the crust and near the surface of the earth are studied. In the exploratory geophysics department, we have three separate branches called oil, mining and water geophysics.
Electric methods

In general, this method can be used to determine the depth of bedrock, the thickness of the aquifer layer, karstic areas, the type of layering and sediments, the condition of the aquifer layers, and the surface of the aquifer layer.
